We provide everything from standard to deep cleans as well as annual or special one-off event cleans. We are fully insured and licensed ready to attend and transform your space be that residential, commercial or industrial sites around the Wollongong and surrounding regions.

Where do you service?

We are based central to Wollongong and are happy to travel 1 hour to your site without incurring any additional cost. We travel as north as Helensburgh, as south as Nowra, as west as Mittagong / Bowral and anywhere in between. See our list of suburbs we service

Koaxis Group invests in the very best cleaning equipment & products on the market. Whilst we can use your products upon request, we do prefer to use our own products. This way we can guarantee a long lasting premium outcome as part of our guarantee.

Do you clean Air-BNB households?

Koaxis Group is a premium cleaning service. We make sure your beautiful home that is being shared with the public is in an immaculate presentable state prior to each new visitor.

How much will a cleaning service cost?

Although we offer and deliver a premium service, we are a team of highly experienced cleaners able to complete jobs quickly. Due to this, we are able to be very competitive on price. Call us for a quote & be pleasantly surprised.

Are there any lock in contracts?

No, we are completely flexible and understand things change quickly in life. If you need to delay or cancel a regular clean. That is fine by us. We come at short notice whenever you need us and only then will charges be made.

How & when do we pay?

We have a range of payment options including cash, bank transfer, credit & debit cards. We prefer payment prior to the clean however the discounted payment terms extend up to 48 hours after the clean is finished. After 48 hours of non-payment we will send a new invoice removing the early bird payment discounts.
